The staff displayed friendly attitudes I appreciate that. The location is close to downtown. Parking was free in the connected garage a great perk.

The elevators were really slow the wait times were too long. Wallpaper had seams splitting everywhere the hotel needs updates. The key card was old it did not always work.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!

easy parking delicious food helpful staff

I found parking super easy in the connected garage, a real plus! The restaurant food was delicious and the coffee machine in my room was a great touch. The front desk staff was helpful, they answered all my questions so fast.

Waiting for the elevators sometimes took longer than I liked, that should be improved!

The staff offered assistance with directions and local attractions. they handled check-in quickly. The team always seemed prepared to go the extra mile when I needed something. They create a cute atmosphere.

Breakfast had many hot and cold options like scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, and pastries. The restaurant had a good selection of meals available at lunchtime and also in the evening. I loved the prompt, friendly meal service.

The gym included three treadmills and also a set of free weights. I saw the pool area had plenty of seating, with about twenty loungers plus a shaded area. Having the connected parking garage was really convenient for me.

My room included a large desk, a rainfall shower. two sinks, made getting ready easy. The room's full-length mirror was great, and the provided hairdryer worked efficiently and it was easy to find. I found the space very practical.

The location was convenient to Enterprise car rental. Getting to the waterfront through the square was easy. There were also a few fast food options nearby.

My room carpet had holes. Some wallpaper was peeling. Maid service was only after a three-day stay. I was not aware of their rules regarding this when I booked.

Excellent Downtown Stay

The hotel connects directly to a mall and food court. This offered great convenience for quick meals and shopping. I also found several restaurants in the surrounding area. The fitness area included a gym, a sauna, and a pool. The hotel's lobby bar and restaurant was an amazing place for happy hour. but the food was tasty!

The elevator service was a bit slow.
